Terms and conditions

  • Alastaro Circuit / Resykli Oy operates a class 1 groundwater and water intake area with very strict environmental regulations.

‍

  • No motor vehicle may be parked on sand or surface areas, only on asphalt. There must always be a cover/tarpaulin impermeable to liquids under the competition equipment. Determined by the regulations, not a light blanket.

‍

  • The renter of the track is responsible for environmental matters and supervises and demands that everyone follows these instructions.

‍

  • The Track company has the right to interrupt or end the event if environmental issues are not followed!!

‍

  • No liquid leaks into the soil are allowed. Any leaks must be cleaned immediately.

‍

  • Fuels must not be stored on the ground, on asphalt, without being placed in e.g. a drainage container or trough. The best storage inside the maintenance/transport equipment. When refueling, there must be either a refueling trough or a tarp under the vehicle, a cover with edges. Just an ordinary tarp is not enough when refueling. The "biltema" model and the tarpaulins we made are suitable directly, both for refueling and as a maintenance platform, because they have a chain/rope edging. Refueling troughs of different sizes and tarpaulins with a chain/rope edging on the edge for sale at the track.

  • The renter is responsible for repairing the edge and protection areas of the track area if they are damaged badly and repeatedly. Unintentional driving out is not eligible for compensation. The lawn areas on the edges of the track serve as absorption areas required by environmental laws. Driving in grassy areas is strictly prohibited.

  • The operating hours of the motor track must be strictly observed. The use of vehicles is allowed until 20:00.

‍

  • The renter of the track and/or area is responsible for everything that the users of the area do during that time. He is therefore responsible for the people participating in the event. The renter must inform the users of the track and the area to act in accordance with the reservation instructions and the behavior instructions of the track.

‍

  • We invoice the booked time in advance approx. 2 months before the booked day. The invoice must be paid by the due date, the due date 3 weeks before the reserved time. The invoice must be paid by the due date, when you confirm and confirm your track time. If the track fee has not been paid by the due date, the reservation will be cancelled.

‍

  • In competitions and larger events, invoicing takes place afterwards.

‍

  • Cancellations must be made in writing. If the cancellation takes place after the payment and due date, the money will not be returned.

‍

  • If damage occurs, the organizer of the event must be notified immediately, who is obliged to inform the track staff about the damage. The booker/payer of the rented track time is responsible for the environment or other damages caused to the track area or equipment. The person responsible for the event must be notified.

‍

  • The motor track area is returned after the competition or event, always cleaned and all goods and equipment borrowed/rented from the track company for the event returned to their correct places.

‍

  • The organizer/renter of the event must ensure that the area is cleaned of garbage and other waste after the event, including parts that have come off from cars and or tires on the edges of the track area. The railway company is entitled to invoice for all additional work that the potential renter has failed to do according to the contract.

‍

  • Smoking only in designated smoking areas.

‍

  • If the occasion is big and a lot of guests are expected, a separate agreement must be made with the railway company's staff about cleaning and maintenance of toilets, as well as the possible use of indoor spaces and the accumulated costs that must be paid after the event. If necessary, the railway company can also invoice electricity, waste, and waste water costs, this matter will be agreed separately with the renter, or it will be indicated in the booking form.

  • It is forbidden to spend the night in the track area without the renter's permission, and the renter of the track is responsible for problems caused by night supervision and overnight guests, so is also liable for compensation if expenses are incurred.

‍

  • The renter of the track is obliged to contact the local rescue authority and agree on possible rescue and equipment requirements needed for the occasion.   • The renter of the track is obliged to make the necessary notifications about the sale and serving of food to the Loimaa regional public health office, tel. 02 761 4424.

  • The renter of the track is obliged to contact the Loimaa police if an entertainment permit is needed for the event (e.g. loud speakers, ticket sales or music will be used at the event) Loimaa police/permit services 02 7605 7221.

DRIVING IN THE AREA IS AT THE OWN RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DRIVER OR BOOKER. ALASTARO CIRCUIT / RECYKLI DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DRIVERS, GUARDIANS, SPECTATORS, VEHICLES, ETC. ABOUT POTENTIAL DAMAGES. MAXIMUM ALLOWED SPEED IN PIT AREAS 20 KM/H.

DRIVING IN THE TRACK AREA WITHOUT A PERMISSION IS PROHIBITED! CAMERA SURVEILLANCE IN THE AREA!

The Track company reserves the right to schedule its own driving experiences and rides even during reservations. These are always agreed upon with the lessee and implemented in such a way that they do not cause unreasonable harm to the lessee.

ALASTARO CIRCUIT

The Alastaro motor track offers ideal conditions for many different sports. Thanks to our central location, we have developed into a popular test and race track for motorsport activities.

NEW 4.5KM RACE TRACK

The 4317m long track is on average 12m wide and the protection areas are spread widely, even for demanding tests of heavy equipment. The track can be divided into several parts, which can also be safely driven at the same time. The pit areas are sized for approx. 300 cars. There is parking space for thousands of cars in the area.

Alastaro is located within easy reach of the largest cities in Southern Finland. The distance to one of Finland's most prestigious motorsport centers is 160 km from Helsinki, 65 km from Turku, 95 km from Tampere and 90 km from Pori. Alastaro Motorsport Center is located along national road 41 (Turku-Nokia).

Our track offers opportunities for preventive training in dangerous situations. Next to the motor track area is the ridge area's skiing and hiking trail, which is used both in winter and summer. There is a leisure area near the track, where plots of land are available for leisure construction.

Motocross track for electric motorcycles

In the calendar, you can see our real-time booking situation, on the basis of which you can, for example, plan a time to rent our track for your own use.

‍NOTE! We reserve the right to make any changes or reservations.

Reservations for weekday classes are held almost 100%, regarding weekends there may be changes and/or cancellations, depending on the calendars of the FIA, EC and SM series.

You can conveniently book our track using the form below. We also accept reservations sent by email to circuit@alastarocircuit.fi. When booking by e-mail, indicate the booker, address, phone number and person in charge in addition to the booked days and times.

FREE EXERCISE

The FREE EXERCISE (VAPAA HARJOITTELU) reservations in the calendar are open to everyone.

If there are no reservations on the track, the track is basically used for free practice during opening hours. Cars and bikes are divided into different groups, e.g. 20min/20min.

By reserving the track, I declare that I have read the instructions on this page and I am aware of the responsibilities and obligations mentioned therein. The renter/responsible person of the track has familiarized himself with the reservation instructions and the code of conduct and by sending this reservation form undertakes to comply with them. The repair of the edges of the track (lawn, soil, works) is always checked with the booker/renter after the event.
